We come to you, twice
A technician visits, takes a sample from your tap and looks at your tank line. The lab results come back to you either way, and the pre-filter is fitted on a second visit once we know what your water needs.
Backup Assessment
We test your water first and fit for what the test says, rather than selling you a filter and hoping it was the right one. It is a SANS 241 lab test, a site visit, and a Big Blue pre-filter on the tank line so that grit off the tank never reaches the house. The lab report is yours either way, whether or not you buy anything else from us.

What’s inside
Most of this is the work, not the hardware. In order:
